The Health Pyramid is a lifestyle concept brought to life by Debbie Reichert, 48 year old Wife, Mother, Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Coach and Motivational Speaker. Debbie has spent 12 years coaching women of all ages on ways to live their healthiest life possible, by combining three important factors...Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset. Debbie believes that maintaining balance in these 3 key areas can intentionally lead to overall happiness and wellness in all areas of a woman's life, which led her to create the 90 day transformation program entitled, The Dynamic Woman Project. Whether through her brick and mortar fitness and yoga studio, her one on one wellness coaching, or her group programs and challenges, Debbie has helped hundreds of women gain the confidence to live their best lives. 


Nutrition
The importance of incorporating activity into your daily routine cannot be questioned. However, exercise is simply not enough. Your nutrition and poor gut health in particular, will absolutely make or break your goals. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, that is why I created the 3-Day Reboot! This is an all natural program designed to clean the gut and reduce inflammation through a nutritionally sound "psuedo fast."

Whether you're carrying an extra 10 pounds of body fat or an extra 70 pounds, you're likely experiencing some levels of inflammation, which makes the body irritated and stressed. This in turn makes weight loss unattainable.  My reboot was designed using all natural ingredients, NO supplements, to reduce inflammation and other potential irritants to reduce bloat and get the body back to more normal operating conditions.

In the reboot, you will receive recipes for the drinks and food you will consume during the three days. But it doesn't end there. I have also given you a meal plan to use for an entire 4 weeks following the reboot, full of whole, nutrient dense foods. Instructions on meal prepping and grocery lists are provided for each week!



Fitness
There is no denying that consistently taking 30 to 60 minutes of your day and devoting it to focused, daily activity is the thing to do. So frequently, however, we make excuses as to why we can't, or more correctly, WON'T make this a habit. As a fitness and yoga studio owner that specializes in small group training, Debbie has found that being apart of a fitness community is a HUGE key to success. Having an optimistic mindset increases the likelihood of formulating a winning perspective and achieving long-term success.
