Meal Planning and Prep

Training provided on macronutrients, a balanced diet using nutrient dense whole foods, and an overall understanding on the best way to use food as fuel without restrictions that tastes good

Since Debbie is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, in addition to a Nutrition and Wellness Coach, workouts may be given to client if necessary, and client must provide workout journal to Debbie before each weekly coaching call.

Help client track and record food properly if deemed necessary. Food journal provided to Debbie before each weekly coaching call.

One scheduled weekly call with Debbie. Shoot for same day/time for consistency. These calls are terribly important for both coach and client. Checking in with coach via email/text regularly.
